San Francisco has a rich Italian heritage. There are lots of good pizza places around, but this is the best by far. Since Tony won the Pizza World Championship in Naples (the only non-Italian EVER), this is probably one of the best in the US.
Be prepared for long lines, but don't sweat it. They will take your cell phone number ...and give you a call when your table is ready. That way you can enjoy a libation at a nearby bar.
